By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

3. Services Description
Kuo Hui provides computer systems design and related services, including but not limited to cloud infrastructure engineering, systems architecture, network engineering, cybersecurity assessment and remediation, data analytics platform engineering, and IT consulting. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any specific engagement will be set forth in a separate written agreement or statement of work executed by both parties. No contractual obligation to perform services arises solely from your use of the Site or submission of a contact form.
4. Intellectual Property
All Content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software, and the design and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of Kuo Hui or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
The trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site, including Kuo Hui and 阔洄, are registered and unregistered trademarks of 合肥阔洄网络科技有限公司. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 合肥阔洄网络科技有限公司 (KUO HUI), ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Kuo Hui in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD $100.00).
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 合肥阔洄网络科技有限公司 (Kuo Hui), its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your submission of information caused damage to a third party.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by Kuo Hui. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Kuo Hui shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.

11. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts in Hefei, Anhui Province, China.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
